Grown at approximately 1,850 meters in Chirinos, Cajamarca, this washed coffee comes from Finca Churupampa and its network of neighboring producers. The farm is led by the Tocto family, whose training and sustainable soil-management programs help local farmers improve coffee quality and build more resilient farms. The washed process highlights the coffee’s clarity and refined structure, making it an excellent choice for pour-over or drip brewing.
