At Base Coffee Roasters, we stand behind the quality of our coffee.
Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@basecoffeeroasters.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund where appropriate.
