How does the subscription work?
Pick 1 to 4 bags per month. Before each order ships, you'll get a reminder to customize your box. Swap coffees, add a specialty roast, or leave it on Roaster's Choice. We roast, we ship, you drink.
Can I change my coffees every order?
Yes. That's the whole point. Your box is editable up to 48 hours before it ships. After the cutoff, whatever's in your box is what ships.
What if I forget to customize my box?
No problem. Roaster's Choice is the default. You'll still get great coffee, hand-picked by our team.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel?
Any time, from your account. No fees, no calls, no guilt trips.
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast in small batches and ship within 48 hours. Your coffee arrives within a week of being roasted.
Do you offer specialty or limited-release coffees?
Yes. Seasonal and specialty roasts rotate through the subscription with small upcharges ($2 to $20 depending on the origin). Subscribers get first access before public release.
What grind sizes can I get?
Whole Bean, Espresso, Pour Over, Drip, and French Press. Set your grind once per bag. Change it any time.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US. Local Utah customers can also choose pickup at either BASE location.
