Premium Small Batch Roasted: Ethiopia Shanta Golba is a vibrant light roast with layers of juicy boysenberry, fragrant Madagascar vanilla, and golden honey. Its fruit-forward sweetness, balanced acidity, and creamy body create an expressive cup that remains smooth and approachable.
This naturally processed Ethiopian coffee is grown at elevations of 1,900–2,500 meters by more than 1,200 smallholder farmers near Daya Bensa in the Sidama region. Drying the coffee inside the whole fruit develops its concentrated berry sweetness and aromatic complexity. It is especially rewarding when prepared as pour-over or freshly brewed drip coffee.
