Premium Small Batch Roasted: Colombia is a balanced medium roast with grounded character and understated complexity. Cacao nib leads the cup, followed by aromatic cedar and a clean herbal finish. Structured acidity keeps the profile lively, while the medium roast develops a smooth, rounded body with greater depth and sweetness.
This fully washed, sun-dried regional coffee is sourced equally from Risaralda and Caldas and milled by Coffeenar in Santa Rosa de Cabal. Caturra, Castillo, Catimor, and Catuai varieties come together to create a dependable Colombian coffee with both structure and clarity. Its versatile profile performs well as drip coffee, pour-over, or espresso.
